Poznań Daily Coffee Patrol
If you’ve been in Poznań for more than five minutes, you already know—we’re drowning in coffee shops. Every corner’s got a latte, every window’s got a plant in it, and everyone claims to have “the best flat white in town.”
So when we heard a new spot popped up called Coffee Club Roastery up on Garbary 49 Street, we figured: Here we go again. But then we met Kacper and Klaudia—the duo behind the counter and, as it turns out, behind some serious musical chops. Klaudia plays the double bass (which means your cappuccino is technically being served by someone who can make Bach cry).

Kacper is a classical guitarist (so yes, your espresso could have a flamenco flourish). Now, instead of strings, they’re playing music with coffee beans—and the rhythm is delicious.

They roast their own coffee. Not in some far-off exotic country, not even in a giant corporate facility—but at their own roasting setup outside of Poznań. Yep, every bean’s journey from green to glorious happens under their watch, then lands fresh in your cup.
School’s in Session – Coffee Style
We dug deeper and found out Kacper doesn’t just serve the good stuff—he teaches it. We’re talking proper workshops that’ll make you rethink everything you know about your morning brew.
- Secrets of Coffee Roasting: Learn why Arabica and Robusta aren’t just fancy names, how roasting time changes flavor, and what gear you actually need (spoiler: you don’t start with a popcorn machine).
- The Art of Making Coffee: From pulling the perfect espresso shot to mastering the pour-over game with V60s, AeroPresses, and French Presses. Plus, you’ll finally be able to say “notes of caramel and citrus” without faking it.
- Latte Art: Hearts, tulips, rosettes—basically, your milk will be doing parkour in your cup.
Classes are run at their place on ul. Garbary 49, and we’ve already signed up. So prepare for future updates of us pretending we’re in a Milan coffee competition.

The Cheesecake Situation
Word on the street is their homemade cheesecake is one of the best in Poznań. Naturally, we’re skeptical—but only because we haven’t had three slices yet. Expect a full review coming soon, alongside some serious coffee tasting. Pics coming soon!
Final Sip
We’re booked in for a workshop to get our coffee game up to par, so expect a full report. But if you can’t wait for us (and honestly, why would you?), swing by yourself.
And that cheesecake? Don’t eat the last slice. We’re watching you.
