Poznan’s Only Vegan Ramen Restaurant. Yes, You Heard That Right!

Yo Poznan!

Ramen has been having its moment in Poznań for years now. From tiny pop-ups to full-on noodle houses, the city has slurped its way into the trend. But here’s the twist: when it comes to vegan ramen, there’s only one place taking it seriously. No chicken broths pretending to be veggie. No half-baked “vegetable flavor” packets. We’re talking about BLASZAK Vegan Ramen & More, where Kasia and her team are proving once and for all that ramen doesn’t need meat to be magical.

The secret? Broths built on vegetables, celery, shiitake mushrooms, and herbs — layered, deep, soulful. Vegan ramen has this special superpower: instead of heavy fat and bone marrow, you get clean complexity, every sip pulling you deeper into a garden in a bowl.

Meet Kasia: From Marketing Rat Race to Vegan Ramen Queen

Kasia didn’t always live this life. Once upon a time she was hustling in marketing, but two years ago she went vegan, walked away from the rat race, and never looked back. And honestly? She looks about 10 years younger than her real age. (No, we’re not telling you the number. What are we, her Tinder bio?)

Now, she’s running Poznań’s only vegan ramen joint with the kind of passion that makes you feel guilty about eating instant noodles ever again.

The Space: A Garden for Everyone (Even Gen Z)

You’ll find BLASZAK Vegan Ramen & More at Droga Dębińska 10b, right by the AWF swimming pool and just a short walk from Stary Browar. You literally can’t miss it: the big colorful garden is out front, menus are waiting on the tables, and there are little cozy corners clearly designed with Gen Z in mind. (Because let’s face it, they hate sitting at “normal” tables and chairs. Too mainstream. Too… horizontal?)

Kasia’s crew is as warm as the broth they’re serving, and their smiles alone make you feel like you’ve made the right choice walking in.

XIAO LONG BAO

We couldn’t resist kicking things off with a round of XIAO LONG BAO — delicate dumpling “pouches” of thin dough filled with juicy seitan and gochujang pepper (22.90 PLN for 6 / 29.90 PLN for 10). Imagine a gentle bite followed by a spicy, savory kick. You can add sauces on the side — sweet & sour, spicy, or teriyaki. We went with teriyaki, and wow, it tied everything together like a Netflix rom-com ending.

The BAOZI

Then came BAOZI — fluffy and stuffed with Cantonese-style veggies and roasted ming mushrooms (23.90/30.90). Earthy, rich, and a little sweet, they hit that perfect comfort food spot.

The Bao with Jackfruit

But we weren’t done yet (we’re Poznań Daily, greed is part of the job). The Bao with Jackfruit (36.90 PLN) practically winked at us from the menu. Inside this beast: jackfruit, lemon-marinated red onion, peanuts, coriander, chives, sesame, demi-glace sauce, mango & tomato salsa. The combo is pure chaos in theory, pure genius in practice. Sweet, tangy, nutty, fresh — like a tropical holiday that decided to wear a hoodie and chill in your mouth.

The Main Event

The Yuzu Puzu

Of course, we saved the ramen for last. Kasia herself recommended her personal favorite: Yuzu Puzu (41.90 PLN). A broth layered with yuzu, orange, and lime — citrusy, fragrant, almost electric. Floating inside: pea-protein cutlets with thyme, sugar snap peas, lemon-marinated red onion, mung bean sprouts, coriander, chives, sesame, marigold petals, and scallion oil. One slurp and we understood — this wasn’t just ramen, it was a citrus-spiked hug for the soul.

The Sapporo Stajl

But we’re greedy (did we mention that already?), so we also went for the Sapporo Stajl (43.90 PLN). Built on a base of mixed miso, broad bean paste, and chili, this broth is deeper, darker, spicier. Inside: pea-protein mince, roasted sweet potato, pak choi, peanuts, chili threads, mung bean sprouts, coriander, chives, sesame, and chili oil. Verdict? Absolute star of the show. Rich, hearty, fiery, yet balanced — the kind of bowl that makes you stare down the last spoonful like it’s the end of summer.

PS: Don’t skip the lemonades. They’re made fresh to order with real fruit and water — no syrups, no shortcuts. Every sip feels like a vitamin boost disguised as a drink. Light, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet, they taste so clean you’ll feel healthier with each gulp.

Final Thoughts

This was more than just a meal — this was an amazing discovery. Forget everything you think you know about vegan food. If you’re a carnivore at heart, don’t worry — you’ll barely notice the “meat” is missing. The broths, the toppings, the flavors? They hold their own. No compromises.

So next time you’re craving ramen, give Kasia and her crew a visit. Tell her Poznań Daily sent you. And if you want to do some recon first, check out her Instagram at @blaszakveganramen for pure food-porn vibes. Or, if you’re still clinging onto Facebook like it’s your mom’s Nokia, here’s the page: BLASZAK Vegan Ramen.

Highly, highly recommended.
