But here’s the thing — everyone’s got their “usual suspects” when it comes to clinics in Poznań. We wanted something different. Not another faceless mega-medical corporation, but a spot where the owner’s actually in the building, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
We found it. Zdrowo MEDICAL — tucked away in Jeżyce at Mickiewicza 31, covering a whole floor of a building, and rocking a clean, sterile vibe that screams “your immune system is safe here.”
Meet the Man Behind It — Alex
Ołeksandr “Alex” Olefir, the owner and chairman, is here pretty much every day, keeping an eagle eye on quality. He’s not shy about reinvesting in the place either — we’re talking about medical tech so advanced, some of it isn’t even in the biggest hospitals in town.
“We aim to support people in their quest for a longer, healthier and happier life — and contribute to a better world,” Alex tells us. “All our decisions are about courage, care, and responsibility… and yes, we clean every single day like it’s an Olympic sport.”

This is not your average team — a lot of Zdrowo’s doctors are foreign specialists who came to Poland already qualified, then had to re-qualify here. Translation: they studied more than most, so you’re getting double the expertise. Wink wink.

From ENT to gynecology, dermatology to cardiology, urology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, and solid family medicine — they’ve got it all. The vibe is more “family atmosphere” than “take a number and wait.” They’re quick to act, whether it’s pandemic response or supporting foreign citizens. Alex even listens to hotline call recordings as part of their Listen and Decide project, making sure patients’ voices actually shape the service.

Final Word
We’ll be real — Poznań Daily is officially booked in for a full body check-up here. Never had one in our lives (which… probably isn’t great) but Alex insists it’s something everyone should do at least once a year. We’ll also be sitting down with him soon for the full behind-the-scenes story.
