The Akta Sous Vide – 45,00 zł

Slow-cooked beef shoulder, lettuce, pickled daikon, red onion, roasted garlic kewpie mayo. Rich, tender beef lays the foundation, sharp pickles cut through, onion adds bite, and that roasted garlic mayo makes the whole thing addictive. The story goes this was the secret staff sandwich in another kitchen before becoming the blueprint for Bagiety itself.

The Tajniak z Azji – 39,00 zł

Oyster mushrooms in miso-ponzu sauce, kimchi, Thai basil mayo, scallions, sesame. Deep umami from the mushrooms, heat and funk from the kimchi, creamy perfume from the basil mayo, and a nutty finish with sesame. Bold, funky, and probably the wildest of the bunch.
