This transformative experience, which combined deep muscle relaxation with mind-calming techniques, inspired Sylwia and Thilina to open Poznań’s first Ayurvedic Center.
Located next to Hotel Włoski at ul. Dolna Wilda 16A, is the new project, – Gardens Spa Ajurweda that spans two floors. The first floor is dedicated to Ayurvedic treatments and massages, while the second floor hosts yoga classes and workshops.
