Yo Poznan!
Poznań, we need to talk. Thursday evening, Old Market Square. People came out for food, drinks, and summer vibes. Then one woman decided to bring something else to the table… her bare feet. She leaned back, drink in hand, and placed them right on the chair like she was chilling in her living room.

Some diners nearly dropped their forks. One shocked local snapped a picture and sent it to epoznan.pl with the angry words: “No manners! Maybe if we show this, people will finally stop.”
And here’s the thing
In Poland, nothing sparks outrage faster than bare feet in public. On buses, trams, trains – the second toes touch the seats, the internet loses its mind. But in a restaurant? That’s a new level. Imagine biting into pierogi while someone’s toes are next to your plate. Bon appétit, right?
Now the city is divided. Some say it’s absolutely disgusting, the height of bad manners. Others laugh and say people are just being dramatic. Feet are feet, not a crime scene. But what if they are smelly?

Street talk around the Square only added to the fire. A tourist jokingly called it “Toe-gate 2025.” A bartender swore, “If she orders soup, I’m done.” And one passerby whispered that the real crime wasn’t the feet, but the chipped nail polish.
What Do You Think?
So what’s your take, Poznań? Would you sit at that table after she left, or would you run like hell? Are we looking at a shocking scandal, or just another day in the city where people love to argue about the little things?
We’ll let you decide.
