Joanna’s got the kind of energy that makes your morning coffee jealous. She’s a certified personal trainer, wife to a Brit, mother of two, and a woman who went from broken to badass — all through sheer resilience and a stubborn refusal to accept limits.

After two pregnancies, two C-sections, and a deep dive into the maze of misinformation around postpartum recovery, she realized something big: there are almost no good spaces for women to rebuild themselves after childbirth, emotionally, physically, and honestly. So, she built one.

HerJoy was born from pain, rebuilt with purpose, and powered by passion. Now, she’s made it her mission to help other women reclaim their strength and confidence.

After her own traumatic postpartum recovery, she went deep into professional training and medical research, refusing to accept painful surgeries as her only option. What she built instead was a smart, nurturing post-pregnancy training system that works with your real body — not some fantasy Instagram version.

Postnatal classes focus on:
Reconnecting with your core and breath
Fixing abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
