When someone actually makes the decision to get a tattoo for the first time, the next logical step is finding the right tattooist to do the work. BUT WAIT- how do you do that?! Tattooers are a dime a dozen, these days! Well, for the majority of new tattoo collectors, it often and inevitably begins with finding the right tattoo studio. Below we have listed in no particular order PART 3 of our favorite tattoo studios in Poznań in 2023. Some are more known than others and some have their own signature styles, but having been recommended them all by local tattoo artists and even visited some of the studios ourselves, we are more than confident you won’t be disappointed. The Saints Tattoo

The Saints Tattoo was founded by Tomasz Saints Kardasz in 2022, and created by people with a great passion for tattooing and all kinds of art. Located in the center of Poznan with views of the City Hall, if you are looking for a beautiful place where you will feel free and safe, get an amazing tattoo in the right conditions and have a delicious coffee at the same time, then you cant go wrong at The Saints Tattoo.
Owner Tomek has been tattooing since 2014, but his artistic acrimony had its beginning in graffiti which he has been creating since 2000. His journey has taken him from his first studio where he was co-owner of a studio in Przezmierowo. Then for 6 years he tattooed in the legendary Tattoo.pl studio in Poznan before opening his own studio. Hes a master in realistic tattooing and has won numerous awards in this style, but he will easily tattoo you in almost any possible style.
His crew consists of Sergei who has been tattooing since 2015, but he has been developing his leading style, calligraphy, for 3 years. The next and youngest person is Dominika, who has been drawing all the animals she could from an early age. Last but not least is manager Klaudia who as well as a unique studio barista who will always make you delicious coffee, she is also responsible for contact with clients via social media and takes care of most things in the studio. A perfect team. Highly recommended!
Black Balance Tattoo Studio

Established in 2020 by two visionary friends, Yaroslav and Stanislav, the studio stands as a creative haven in the heart of Poznań, Poland, just opposite the Imperial Castle. Originally from Ukraine, Yaroslav and Stanislav, both passionate about tattoos, met in Poland where they had come to work and pursue their creative ambitions. Their shared goal was not just to create a tattoo studio but to establish a truly creative space and a team where every member could unleash their artistic potential without constraints.
In 2022, the studio underwent significant expansion, opening a second floor and increasing its total space to 200 square meters. This spacious venue is now home to over 10 skilled artists, each specializing in a unique style, including fine line, floral, graphics, mystical direction, micro-realistic graphics, linework, minimalism, ignorant, neotraditional, Japanese, blackwork, dotwork, ornamental, and realism. Regardless of the style, every client finds precisely what they are looking for at BLACK BALANCE. Elden Ink is a young, promising, and cozy studio in the heart of Poznań. In this studio, you can find talented artists, each of whom works in their own style and are able to implement any of your ideas at the highest level. The size and level of complexity do not matter – the masters of Elden Ink can do everything, They use only disposable and high-quality consumables of well-known brands, and carefully sterilize workplaces before and after the session, so you can be sure of the safety of your health.
The studio opened its doors on April 10, 2023, and the owner of the studio is a tattoo artist from Ukraine Roman Luhovskoi, a.k.a Dead Dread. He started his career as a tattoo artist around 2016 and prefers large, very large, and super-mega-large projects such as backs, legs, and sleeves. He likes to work with graphics and blackwork and combine noir graphics with Japanese, and Scandinavian mythology, anime, and characters from computer games and comics. Apparently, his trump card is being able to complete a full-back project in just one session! Other artists in the studio also specialize in graphics, mini-realism, line-work, whip-shade, fine line, as well as a combination of graphics with realism. Highly recommended!
Kometa Tattoo Shop

Kometa Tattoo is a cozy studio located in the heart of the fashionable Jeżyce district, surrounded by cool cafes, restaurants, and art shops. Kometa was founded in 2020, originally by four friends who met at a previous workplace. After some changes, relocations to other cities, and tattoo shops, right now they are a cooperative of three people, with guest artists visiting regularly. They make a point to tell us that there is no boss or other hierarchy here.
The arrangement gives each of them the freedom to pursue their own artistic paths and allows them to spend as much time as they need on hobbies and other activities important to them. They are all individuals, with very distinctive tattoo styles, which we think make their shop stand out. Kometa is a safe and inclusive space for everyone and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
Na Stałe Tattoo Studio

Hidden in the backyard of a building right smack in the middle of Półwiejska Street, Na Stale Tattoo Studio opened its doors in August 2022. The current all-female crew met sometime before in different places, but as they got to know each other more, they understood that they shared the same values in tattooing- to give customers art, that makes them happy!
Agnieszka a.k.a. @delerka started tattooing back in 2017. She focuses mostly on black & white tattoos with good contours. She loves to play with dotwork shading or colors. Julia a.k.a. jvlka.tattoo started tattooing in 2018. She does graphic tattoos in black. Her designs are a mix of semi-realistic faces, bold shadows, good contour, and cute little sparkles. Finally, Masha a.k.a. vashkevich_tattoo started tattooing in 2021. Fineline and simple, designs with a drop of color are her thing. Highly recommended!
