Its official. This is absolutely the most romantic spot to dine in Poznan!

Summer’s still going strong, and we’ve just discovered the ultimate rooftop dining spot in Poznań that you absolutely need to check out before the chill sets in! Perched on top of the stylish Kolegiacki Hotel, this place is officially crowned as the most romantic restaurant in Poznań. Whether you’re planning a date or just looking to treat yourself, this is the spot you don’t want to miss.

Located on Kolegiacki Square, the Kolegiacki Restaurant is part of a boutique four-star hotel that has been beautifully restored to highlight its historical charm. The restaurant itself is a visual treat, with different sections offering unique vibes.

You’ll find a Biedermeier Café with its elegant custom-made bar and furniture, a Glass-Covered Patio that brings a touch of Italian flair, and a Historic Basement made from 13th-century bricks salvaged from a demolished collegiate church. It’s an incredible space perfect for any grand celebration.

But the real showstopper is the Rooftop Terrace. Imagine enjoying a fantastic meal while taking in stunning views of the Poznań Goats making their daily appearance in the main square. The views are absolutely breathtaking! Look out also for their live music sessions to complete the experience!

If the rooftop isn’t your thing, check out the colorful front garden overlooking the newly revamped Kolegiacki Square, arguably the prettiest square in the city right now.

The menu is full of classic Polish dishes like pork schnitzel and beef roulade, as well as homemade burgers, salads, and even fish & chips—something that’s pretty hard to find in Poznań. We’re especially excited to try the fish & chips, as it’s a rare treat in the city. To complement your meal, there’s a fantastic selection of wines and craft-made vodka. We’ve even heard whispers of their own house-made beer coming soon!

Peep the video below to catch a vibe of Kolegiacki—no need to stress about climbing stairs to reach the rooftop. There’s an elevator ready to whisk you up to the magic! 🚀✨

The restaurant and rooftop is open daily from noon to 10 PM and serves breakfast from 8 AM to noon, Thursday through Sunday. We’re counting down the days to try this place ourselves, but in the meantime, why not head over and experience the magic for yourself? Share your thoughts in the comments below—we’d love to hear what you think!
