High Heels, High Energy, Higher Confidence — FEMflow Steps Into the Spotlight

Yo Poznan!

Not long ago, Poznań Daily broke the internet (okay, maybe just our DMs) when we covered a couple of high heel dance queens. Turns out, our female readers loved it and wanted more. The requests poured in: “Where can we try this?” “Who else should we follow?” “Can I wear heels like Beyoncé without spraining an ankle?”

So naturally, we decided to turn it into a Top 3 High Heel Dancers in Poznań project. Two spots were already filled, but we needed one more to complete the holy trinity. We wanted someone with style, with skill, with that ninja-level sass.

Asking Around

We hit the streets. We dug through the dance scene. We asked everyone from bartenders to baristas, and one name kept coming up: FEMflow. Honestly, we were already sold by the name alone — it’s got that femme fatale meets Bruce Lee vibe.

The Femme Fatale

So we reached out to the woman behind it, Adrianna Rojewska. She’s been dancing since she was five — her mom threw her into a ballroom class, and apparently she never left the dance floor. After a competitive career, she fell in love with contemporary dance, but in 2021, something clicked. She found high heels dance. And according to her, it changed everything.

“It taught me self-confidence, self-love, and the courage to be myself — on stage and in everyday life,” Adrianna told us.

(We’re guessing she also learned how to walk across cobblestone in stilettos without dying — a true superpower in Poznań.)

She’s got a degree from the University of Physical Education in Poznań, was part of the award-winning TopDance team, and has trained with some of the best in Poland and abroad. Basically, she’s the real deal.

FEMflow is her creation — a studio powered by feminine energy, community spirit, and, let’s be honest, a healthy amount of sass. It’s not just about dance moves. It’s about building confidence, connecting with others, and feeling like a boss whether you’re in the studio or strutting to Żabka at 10 PM.

We’re told any woman can join — no experience needed, just the willingness to show up (and maybe a pair of heels that won’t murder your feet on day one). Adrianna’s classes are designed to make you feel powerful, graceful, and yes… just a little dangerous.

Final Strut

We’re definitely going to give it a try real soon. Though between you and us, we might also send one of our male reporters to see how “easy” it really is. (Imagine a 90-kilo dude in size 43 heels trying to hair whip without pulling something — pure content gold.)

Stay tuned, because we’re also setting up a deeper interview to dig into Adrianna’s skeletons in the closet (dance-related skeletons… we think).

If you’re curious, check her out on Instagram: @femflow_by_ar.
Already convinced? Skip the stalking phase and book a class directly. Life’s too short for boring shoes.
