Freshly Baked & Poured: Miskuzi, Poznań’s New Pizza and Wine Spot

Poznań’s foodie scene just got a serious upgrade with the opening of Miskuzi on Ratajczaka Street—a spot that’s all about pizza, wine, and a dash of playful charm. The name? A clever twist on the Italian word “scuzi,” the phrase you’d use to grab your waiter’s attention. Owned by the dynamic duo Magda and Daniel, Miskuzi is the perfect blend of their passions: Daniel’s dream of a pizza haven and Magda’s love for a good wine bar. So, they figured, why not combine the two?

Its all about the pizza

This place is all about the pizza, and trust us, the pizzaiolo here is the real deal. The menu features 11 mouthwatering pizzas, each with its own unique flair—think names like “Dobra Jak U Mami,” a nod to the Italian saying, “Just like mama used to make.” Other intriguing options like “Patataj” and “Koza Nostra” are already calling our names, and we’re itching to dive in and give you our take.

Miskuzi’s wine game is strong too

But the fun doesn’t stop at pizza. Miskuzi’s wine game is strong too, with wine served straight from the tap. Magda carefully selects each wine from Italy, ensuring every glass is as fresh and flavorful as the winemaker intended—no oxidation, no fuss, just pure perfection. And if you’re feeling indecisive, they’ve just rolled out wine testers: four wines paired with some small tapas. We don’t have the price yet, but it sounds like a killer deal. Pair it up on your date with one of their mouthwatering mussel dishes—because we all know mussels are the ultimate aphrodisiac.

Their cocktails are definitely calling our name. With summer vibes still lingering, there’s no better time to sip on these beauties—because let’s be real, cocktails just hit different when the sun’s out. We’ll definitely be back to try them before the warm days fade away.

Insider Tip

And here’s a little insider tip—Magda’s got a surprise up her sleeve when it comes to dessert, so don’t forget to ask about it. With plans also to introduce pasta lunch specials and cheese and meat boards, Miskuzi is just getting started. The real kicker? The rear garden, which might just be the best-hidden gem in the city. Here a few more photos to get you in the mood…

If you can’t wait for our full review, head over to Miskuzi yourself, grab a slice (or three), sip on some vino, and let us know what you think in the comments. Support this new spot and share the love—your taste buds will thank you!
