Wszyscy Święci (All Saints in English) is a charming cocktail bar located right in the heart of Poznań, established four years ago in 2019 at 32 Ratajczaka Street. Its inception was the brainchild of four colleagues from the catering industry: Sergej, Jakub, Łukasz, and Bartek. Their vision was to create a venue that seamlessly merged the art of crafting exquisite cocktails, an extensive wine selection, and tantalizing Tapas. And thus, “All Saints” was born.
From the very outset, “All Saints” has been distinguished by a cocktail menu that evolves every 3-4 months, with each iteration drawing inspiration from various saints. The idea behind these cocktails is quite straightforward. The establishment’s location is in close proximity to St. Martin’s Street, a street named after Poznań’s patron saint, St. Martin. Additionally, the four founders playfully referred to themselves as “saints,” a nod to the jesting camaraderie often found in the gastronomy world. After four eventful years, “All Saints” continues to thrive and welcome patrons with open arms.
At present, the ownership reins have been assumed exclusively by Sergej,, accompanied by an exceptional team whose contributions are instrumental to the establishment’s success. Notably, Michal Krukowski and Artur Chraplewski are the driving forces behind the selection and creation of the delectable cocktails. For the wine and Tapas offerings, the responsibility falls on the capable shoulders of Manager Beata Pietrzykowska, who recently joined the team. On weekends, you might even have the pleasure of encountering DJ IANN, who adds to the vibrant ambiance by curating a fantastic selection of musical hits.
As for their cocktail selection, we can vouch for each one, although we do have a couple of personal favorites! For example try Saint Stanislaus – Guardian against Addictions (Święty Stanisław – Strażnik przed Uzależnieniami) Subtle, Reviving, with a Minty Twist (Eucalyptus Gin, Melon, and Aloe).
