The Wielkopolska police have made a significant bust, seizing nearly 70 kg of drugs—marijuana and mephedrone—from the home of Roger M., a rapper from Poznań who had alluded to his drug dealing activities in his lyrics.
On Wednesday, July 17, the Wielkopolska police announced the arrest of 27-year-old Roger M., a rapper known for his connections to the local pseudo-hooligan scene. The arrest came after police intercepted 67 kg of drugs in total, making it one of the largest recent drug seizures in the region.
The Raid and Arrest
The arrest unfolded when police spotted Roger M. on the street in Puszczykowo near Poznań. He was swiftly incapacitated and taken into custody. A search of the car he was using revealed 4.5 kg of drugs. The subsequent raid on his apartment uncovered an additional 63 kg of marijuana and mephedrone, turning his residence into a veritable drug warehouse.
