Winogratka Still Dominating the Pizza Game – Top 3 Status Locked Down!

The Place

Alright pizza lovers, we’re back at Winogratka in Winogrady—right next to the Wilczak tram stop, just a few minutes from the city center. If you’ve been following our pizza adventures, you already know we ranked Winogratka in the TOP 5 pizzerias in Poznań last year. Well, it’s time to revisit and see if they still hold that spot, especially since some new pizza joints have popped up around town. The timing couldn’t be better—they just celebrated their third year in July. Fun fact: in that time, their guests have devoured 150 thousand pancakes, 8 thousand desserts, 9 thousand burrata balls, and knocked back 17 thousand glasses of wine! Now, let’s see what’s good on the menu this time around.

The Location

First things first, the location is still the same—why change perfection? Tucked away from the crowds in a cozy little hut, it’s got that low-key, pizza connoisseur vibe. You know, the kind of spot where real pizza heads make that extra trip because it’s worth it. From the moment you step off the tram, you can already smell pizza in the air. That red-and-white checkered tablecloth setup is a classic Italian throwback, even though the owner is Polish. But hey, pizza speaks all languages, right? Oh, and their dough? It matures for 72 hours to get that perfect light, crunchy, yet soft texture. Pure magic.

The Salsiccia Bianca

Let’s talk flavors, ‘cause we’re here for the food. We ordered three pizzas to get a solid cross-section of what they’re working with. First up: the Pizza Salsiccia Bianca for 40 PLN. It’s got extra-virgin olive oil, mozzarella fior di latte, salsiccia sausage, friarielli (broccoli turnip), and pepper. White pizza lovers, listen up—this one’s for you. The olive oil base keeps things light, while that salsiccia sausage brings some serious flavor. And the dough? Chef’s kiss—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The pepper and broccoli turnip add a fresh, slightly bitter contrast that balances out the richness. It’s a killer combo.

The Diavola Burrata

Next, we got the spicy Pizza Diavola Burrata for 51 PLN, the most expensive of the three. If you’re into spicy, but not too spicy, this one’s got your name on it. Pelati tomato sauce, mozzarella fior di latte, spicy ‘nduja sausage, burrata stracciatella—all perfectly balanced with just enough heat to keep you coming back for more without setting your mouth on fire. Burrata adds a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth element that cools down the spice just right. It’s a standout for anyone who loves a little kick but doesn’t want to overdo it.

The Mort Adela

Last but definitely not least: the Pizza Mort Adela for 41 PLN. We’re talking extra-virgin olive oil, grana padano, fior di latte, ricotta, pistachio mortadella, crushed pistachios, and green pesto. Yeah, it sounds like a lot, but trust us, it works. The pistachios bring a subtle nuttiness, the mortadella is top-tier, and the green pesto ties everything together with that herbaceous pop. It’s indulgent but not overwhelming—one of those pizzas where every bite surprises you in the best way. Perfect if you’re in the mood for something unique.

The Verdict

Now, we’ve tried a LOT of pizza in Poznań, and let’s just say the pizza game here is strong. But Winogratka? They’re still setting the bar—and somehow, they’ve leveled up. Honestly, we’re putting them in our TOP 3 now. Yeah, you heard that right. And if you’re wondering who else is in that exclusive club, we’ll drop one name: Miskuzi. Stay tuned to find out the third.

The #3 Tram

Winogratka, we love you. Thanks for holding it down in Poznań, thanks for being awesome, and shout out to that clutch location right by the tram stop. If you haven’t hit them up yet, make it a priority and go ASAP. In case you are wondering how to get there. Jump on a #3 tram from Wroclawska and get off at Wilczak.
