Yo Poznan!
Our readers don’t hold back — you ask, we listen. Lately, the inbox has been lit up with one topic: health. Not just “go for a jog” health, but real, everyday advice on how to live better, eat smarter, and maybe not feel like a potato after lunch.
So, we decided it’s time to go deeper. And where better to start than with the basics — nutrition. Because let’s be real: you can grind at the gym all you want, but if you’re still smashing kebabs at 2 a.m. three nights a week, don’t expect a six-pack (unless it’s in the fridge). Nutrition is the fuel for literally everything — your energy, mood, focus, and yeah, how you look in that summer shirt you bought two sizes too small.
That’s where we met Adrian Rzemykowski, founder of the Malta Nutrition Club. No, not Malta the sun-soaked island where Brits retire — Malta as in Poznań’s Malta district. We reached out to Adrian, and the man did not disappoint. Here’s the lowdown.

The Backstory
Adrian’s health journey started when he was just 10, karate-kicking his way through life inspired by Dragon Ball. (Yes, anime gains are real.) That spark turned into lifelong martial arts training and, eventually, a deeper dive into the body itself — he studied physiotherapy, graduating top of his class. Respect.
But here’s the twist: while flexing his medical brain, he also got curious about the mindset and community side of health. So much so that he co-authored a book on how the Paralympic Games shape integration for people with disabilities. This isn’t just “eat your veggies” level — this guy goes all in.
By 2014, he was all-in on nutrition coaching. Fast-forward 11 years, and Adrian’s not just a coach — he’s built a community where health isn’t punishment, it’s lifestyle.

What’s on the Menu at Malta Nutrition Club?
Here’s the thing: Adrian isn’t about those fad diets that work for two weeks and leave you crying over pizza. His philosophy is simple — no quick fixes, no yo-yo nonsense, just long-term habits that actually stick.
At Malta Nutrition Club, Adrian helps people:
- Lose weight (without losing their minds),
- Gain healthy weight (yes, that’s a thing too),
- Boost energy,
- Improve sports performance,
- And build sustainable eating habits that work whether you’re 22 or 82.
His youngest client? Two years old. Oldest? Eighty-two. Basically, if you can chew, you’re welcome.

How to Find Him
Adrian runs his club out of Mogileńska 4C. If you’re local, that’s right by the Malta waterpark. And if you’re not a driver? Chill. It’s just a few tram stops from Rondo Śródka. No excuses — unless you’re planning to take Tram No. “I’ll start next week.”
So, What’s Next?
We’ve already booked our first consultation with Adrian, and you better believe we’ll report back with the play-by-play. But if you’re the impatient type (or just don’t trust us with your macros), you can jump the line and hit him up directly on his Facebook page.

Wrapping Up
So yeah, Poznań Daily has covered bars, cafés, events, even copper bottles — but today’s real takeaway is this: your body runs on what you put into it. Treat it like junk, and you’ll feel like junk. Treat it right, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll stop hitting snooze three times every morning.
We’ll keep digging into the health scene for you, but for now, if you’re ready to level up, Adrian’s your guy. And if not? Well, enjoy your kebab. Just don’t blame us when your jeans start asking for early retirement.
