The Lowdown
When it comes to ramen in Poland, there’s one name you just can’t skip — Yetztu. Not only were they the first ramen-dedicated bar in the whole country (yeah, first — way back in 2013), but in our opinion, they’re still the gold standard everyone else is chasing.
(Video below — don’t miss it.)

What a lot of people don’t realize?
Yetztu isn’t just serving bowls at their iconic spot on Krysiewicza 6 — they’ve been running their own ramen noodle factory for a while now.
And guess what? Tons of other ramen joints across Poland actually buy their noodles from Yetztu.

So next time you’re slurping a ramen somewhere else, know this: there’s a good chance you’re actually eating Yetztu noodles.
(And by the way, “yetztu” loosely translates to “now” — fitting, because there’s no better time than now to visit.)

The Video
We also dug into the archives and found something special — a throwback video interview with the two brothers who built Yetztu from scratch.
You’ll catch their early vision, their personalities, and even the hilarious little rivalry between them that helped push Yetztu to the top.
Address: Yetztu, Krysiewicza 6, Poznań
And if you somehow haven’t been yet?
It’s the perfect moment to check it out — they just dropped a new Japanese street mural inside the bar.
The vibe’s even fresher now — if that was even possible.
