Yo Poznan!
You know what? We’re overworked, understaffed, and running purely on caffeine and chaos these days — but today we decided, no more excuses. Time to stretch our legs, clear our heads, and maybe find something new in Poznań.
It took us exactly five minutes to do just that. (Record time. Normally it takes at least 10) Welcome to Les Tables — which in English means “The Tables.” (We’re guessing “Les Chairs” didn’t sound as classy.)
Located on Kościuszki, this new spot has already made a statement with its stunning autumn decorations outside. We’re talking, autumn color leaves, lanterns, warm lights — the kind of setup that makes you suddenly believe in sweater weather and pumpkin spice again. Honestly, you can’t miss it. Even if you tried.

Step Inside: Bonjour, Cozy Paris
Walking down the stairs, we were hit with that warm, “ahhh” feeling. You know, when a place just feels right. The interior is like something from a French daydream — vintage furniture, flickering candles, golden light pouring in from the street windows, and that unmistakable aroma of coffee and fresh pastry.

There’s a beautiful old grandfather clock standing proud like it’s been keeping time since Napoleon’s last espresso. The chairs? All mismatched but charming — some velvet, some rattan, all very “je ne sais quoi.” Everything here seems to have a story, maybe a past life in a flea market in Provence.

The Menu: Small, Sweet, and Très Délicieux
For now, Les Tables is keeping it simple — and oh-so-French.
A few carefully chosen cakes, some top-notch coffees, and a whole lot of je ne sais quoi. Every order even comes with a tiny marzipan chocolate on the side — a small touch, but class.

Must-tries? The list may be short, but it’s sweet — literally.
- Éclair with Cream – light, golden pastry filled with rich cream that’s not too sweet. You bite in and, boom — it’s Paris in your mouth (without the traffic).
- Neapolitan Flaky Cake with Cream – soft layers with a little crunch on top, creamy inside, and dangerously addictive. Like that one ex you keep texting.

Coffee-wise, you’ll find your standard cappuccinos and flat whites, but look out for the Autumn specials — because they’re worth a detour.
We tried the Pear and Cardamom Latte (Gruszka z Kardamonem) — a smooth, fragrant combo that somehow tastes like your favorite sweater feels. Sweet, spiced, and perfectly balanced for 18 PLN.

And then there’s the Nutty Latte with Marshmallow — creamy, nutty heaven with a sugar cloud floating on top for 22 PLN. Basically, dessert disguised as coffee. Don’t question it. Just sip it.

The Vibe
The owner’s all smiles — clearly proud, and rightfully so. The vibe is relaxed, French, and perfectly autumnal.
There’s even a record player, and yes, it actually works, though we’re still debating whether blasting Daft Punk is classy enough or if we need to stick with Edith Piaf to keep the mood authentic. 😂

We’ve already lined up an interview with the owners, so you’ll get the full backstory soon. But for now, do yourself (and your taste buds) a favor — drop by Les Tables, order something warm and sweet, and soak in those cozy Parisian vibes without leaving Poznań.

Our Verdict
Great French vibe, fair prices, fresh cakes, friendly faces. What’s not to like? Besides, where else can you pretend you’re in Montmartre while still catching tram number 8 home?
