Iluzja
3 Maja 47
Experienced bar in the center of Poznan, hidden in a small street: 3 Maja. Cocktails here are not only drinks but a form of dialog with guests. The concept was created by Jarek Filipiak in 2019 as his second cocktail bar and managed by Marcin Przybylski.
Together they created a bar where you can hear the story of a 19th-century magician from India, drink a perfect dry Martini or an unknown gin and vermouth while swinging to the Frank Sinatra’s classics. The whole place is complemented by a crazy, unusual cocktail menu, changed 4 times a year, where you can find drinks with for example mustard, ash syrup, or Hoisin sauce. Brilliant!
They are all genius but we have our favorites. Starting with their bestseller from the current menu: Lady St. Clair. A cocktail inspired by a legendary lady from Brooklyn, the only one to stand against La Cosa Nostra. The delicate, feminine twist of the Bellini cocktail with passion fruit, peach, and Prosecco is mixed with the heat of Dijon mustard and the strong aroma of patchouli. Equisite!
The second cocktail we love is also the crew’s favorite. Inspired by the biggest meeting of La Cosa Nostra in the legendary hotel: Nacional de Cuba. The drink is a mix of homemade chocolate and coffee liquor, Jamaican pot-still rum, and Fernet Branca aperitivo. You know you want to try it just by how it sounds!
We have to also mention the classic Martini cocktail. When you order it, be prepared for a short interview, because there are LOTS of variants. On the picture is one of the head bartender’s favorites: Saffron Gin, Del Professore Torino Rosso vermouth with homemade cinnamon bitters. Enjoy!

The Kejter Amerykański (American Kejter Experience). For the daring connoisseur, a cocktail with few ingredients, reserved for the hardcore enthusiasts. This polarizing creation, admired by many and challenged by some, features Bourbon 4 Roses treated with a fat-washing technique involving pork belly. Topped with a syrup of smoked prunes (smoked on wood!) reminiscent of barbecue, and a dash of soy sauce to enhance the umami factor, this cocktail promises a bold and unforgettable flavor adventure. Highly recommended!
Mokra Włoszka
Piotra Wawrzyniaka 20
The newest concept of the creators of Miejscówka and Iluzja bar: Martyna Fąferek and Jarek Filipiak. Opened in December 2021, it’s an Instagram-style cocktail bar and pizzeria with a strong pop-art influence and funky music. The interior is awesome with unusual pictures especially made for Mokra Włoska!
You can try one of 40 different Amaro or Aperitivo liquors, mixed with a great Neapolitan pizza. The food menu is a really dope creation of one of the most influential chefs in Poznań–Orson Hejnowicz, the head chef of Wolność restaurant. The whole package comes with a great crew, professional but very easy-going.
The cocktails are crazy but of the highest level. One of our favorites is the Miruvor a.k.a. Lord of the Rings is a cocktail from today’s menu. It’s a refreshing and floral combination of dry gin, white tea, energizing guarana, and lime cordial. The drink is perfumed with a ylang-ylang aroma!
A bestseller from the previous menu and inspired by the bar atmosphere and art. Mona Lisa is a mix of Campari, rooibos tea, ginger cordial, and orange air foam. The classic aperitivo drink, served in a… bathtub? Madness!
You cant leave Mokra Włośzka without trying the absolutely mad Parasite a.k.a. John Ho-Bong which is another cocktail from the newest menu. The spiciness of sage and sejak cold brew, mixed with a delicate taste of sesame cordial, lime, and dry gin. The perfect way to get an umami flavor in a drink!
Miejscówka
Święty Marcin 29
The place was created by Jarek Filipiak and Martyna Fąferek in 2017. Started as a dive bar, which evolved into a cocktail bar with a great, joyful, and easy-going atmosphere. The experience is topped with a themed cocktail menu, changed every 3 months. The owners wanted to teach people about bar culture, bar classics, and unknown beverages and have taught not only many bartenders but also helped lots of barflies find their perfect cocktail and tastes.
This is a place where everyone finds something for themselves, from exotic cocktails and TIKI classics to well-known vintage and modern drinks. From the G-Funk vibe and west coast rap to joking and looking for a Genie in a Bottle.
One of the signatures of Miejscówka is the Zombie cocktail. Together with the Mai Tai, the most important TIKI classic contains a mix of pot-still and overproof rums, exotic fruits, and Don’s Mix (which is syrup made of grapefruit and cinnamon sticks, inspired by the legendary author of this timeless drink) and falernum. Great looking and great tasting!
Another brilliant cocktail from today’s menu called Miejscówka Mixtape vol. I, is The Bloodhound Gang – Bad Touch. The cocktail is inspired by the music video of the song. It’s an unusual, refreshing mix of Jamaican rum, homemade allspice dram liquor, banana, and wheat-lime cordial. Yummy!
For the last one, one of the owner’s favorites: Funky-Panky. A twist on a classic cocktail, with some TIKI influence. A mix of Oaxaca rum, french sweet vermouth, Fernet Branca (the crews all day poison), and homemade TIKI bitters. OMG!
