Yo Poznan!
Yo, Poznań food fam. We’ve been on a restaurant spree lately—tasting, reviewing, basically living the dream one plate at a time—and the buzz has been real: you want sushi. You want more. You want the good stuff. So guess what? Sushi Kushi just swung back open, and it’s not messing around.
Hiding on Bożnicza 3 in the Old Town, Sushi Kushi might not catch your eye at first glance—it’s on the “other” side of Solna Street, the kinda quiet, residential slice of the city where your neighbor knows your Wi-Fi password. But if you’ve ever ordered online, you already know: these folks are speedy, deal-savvy, and basically the Usain Bolt of sushi deliveries. Seriously, your sushi could arrive faster than your coffee.

Whats New
We linked up with Kinga, the manager, who spilled the tea on some of the new menu additions such as the Truffle Paitan Ramen—a rich, creamy paitan broth laced with truffle paste (real truffle!), their own house-made ramen noodles, chashu pork belly, half an ajitsuke egg, red onion, edamame, chives, mayu oil, and toasted sesame.

Then there’s the Poke Panko z Krewetką—panko shrimp, fresh veggies, mango, and a spicy-mango mayo over rice, basically a rainbow you can eat. The Fryty Okonomi deserve a shout too—Japanese okonomiyaki-style fries loaded with okonomi sauce, Kewpie mayo, smoky katsuobushi flakes, fresh chives, and toasted sesame. Think comfort snack, but turned up to eleven.

The new sushi sets are next-level too. There’s the classic lineup featuring teriyaki salmon topped with mango and cranberry, seared tuna with tempura veggies and sriracha mayo, and salmon with avocado, cream cheese, or even seared eel. And then there’s the beast: the Set 9 Uramaki Set 3 (40 pieces). We’re talking salmon with tempura shrimp and nutty dressings, tempura shrimp wrapped in seared eel with miso sauce, cooked shrimp crowned with salmon tartare and citrus notes, flame-seared beef with sweet chili, and tuna paired with shrimp and teriyaki. It’s basically a sushi party on a platter, and you’re invited.
