Yo Poznań!
Lately, our inbox has been popping off with one recurring theme — and no, it’s not where to find the city’s best kebab (we already handled that). It’s immigration. Everyone’s asking the same thing: How do I get my papers sorted? What’s a temporary residence permit? Do I need to marry a Polish citizen to stay forever?
Guys… we love you, but we’re not lawyers. We barely managed to fill out our own tax forms without crying into a cup of espresso. So, instead of pretending we suddenly passed the bar exam, we did what we do best — hit the streets, dug around, and found the pros who actually know their stuff.

And that’s how we landed at Gniatkowski Law Office, tucked neatly inside Kupiec Poznański, Plac Wiosny Ludów 2 in the city center. These guys handle a ton of legal matters, but their rep for immigration law is seriously next level.
Enter: Klaudia Janas — your immigration plug
Meet Klaudia Janas, the woman saving foreigners from paperwork-induced meltdowns. She’s a legal specialist who knows her way around work permits, temporary residence applications, and all those mysterious regulations that make your brain hurt.

But she’s not just about the paperwork. Since 2022, she’s been out there on the frontlines, giving legal consultations and training to foreigners at the Foreigner Integration Centers in Poznań and Kalisz. That’s part of a nationwide pilot program designed to actually make life easier for people settling in Poland.
Oh, and when war hit Ukraine, she stepped up again — offering legal help through the “Safe Haven” and “All-in-One-Support Center for Ukrainian Refugees” projects, backed by Mercy Corps.
So yeah, while most of us are still stressing over whether we really need another winter jacket, Klaudia’s out here straight-up helping people build whole new lives. And get this — she even drops short, no-BS videos breaking down immigration for foreigners, keeping it real every time.
So what now?
If your head’s spinning from all things immigration — relax. We’ve found your fix.

Wrapping Up
We’ll be back soon with part two, diving into the other wild legal adventures they handle — plus an exclusive interview with Klaudia herself to find out what really goes down behind the scenes of immigration law in Poland.
Until then — keep your passports close, your documents organized, and your coffee strong.
