Forget the Stands – The Best Seats Are at MasterLech Sport Bar

Yo Poznan!

Poznań Daily has been on the hunt for fresh stories lately. Not easy, fam – we’ve already reviewed half the city’s cafés, sushi joints, ramen bowls, and yoga studios. Coming up with something new is harder than Poland making it past the group stage. (Sorry, had to.)

Then someone on the team goes: “What about a sports bar?” And honestly, I thought, wait… does Poznań even have a proper sports bar? Well, turns out it does. And not just any sports bar – this one’s right inside the Enea Stadium. Yep, open to the public. No matchday ticket needed. Wild, right?

Welcome to MasterLech Sport Bar.

The place is run by two friends, and we caught up with manager Jarosław to get the inside scoop. On the surface, it’s the ultimate fan cave: screens everywhere, giant projectors blasting live games, and the kind of atmosphere where you could high-five strangers after every goal. But here’s the kicker – it’s not just a bar. It’s also a solid restaurant.

We’re not talking Michelin-star tartare towers here. Think fast-food heaven – pizzas, burgers, wraps. The kind of grub you need in one hand while the other hand’s holding your beer and pointing angrily at the ref. During the week, the menu is more chilled, “civilized” even for those midweek events. But come matchday? It goes full caveman mode – giant plates, cold beers, and yes, the Polish grill fires up with the legendary kiełbasa making an appearance. Forget orange slices – this is real fuel.

And the drinks menu? Let’s just say it’s got more variety than a Champions League group draw. Beers, cocktails, shots… basically everything short of energy drinks served in a golden boot.

Not Just Football

Now, don’t get it twisted – it’s not just football. Jarosław told us if it’s a big sporting event, they’ll show it. So whether it’s the World Cup, UFC, or the Eurovision final (yeah, we see you, guilty pleasures), this place has it on the big screen. And after the final whistle? Live DJs roll in so you can celebrate that win – or dance away the pain if your team bottled it. Hit up their Facebook to stay in the loop on all the upcoming action

We’ll be back real soon for the full review – to sample our way through the menu, test the drinks (all in the name of journalism, of course), and maybe grab some autographs because apparently Lech players often swing by. Imagine munching a burger while the guy who just scored last weekend’s winner sits at the next table. Only in Poznań.

Final Whistle

So, if you’re into sports, what better place to watch than literally at the stadium? On matchdays, book ahead – it fills up faster than a penalty box in the 90th minute. Some say it’s almost as good as being inside the stadium itself… and maybe even better, because the bar is closer than the beer stand.

Bułgarska 17. (Yeah, where that massive white stadium is. You literally can’t miss it.)

Stay tuned – we’ll be back with a full review and a surprise announcement about their upcoming premium sports bar in Jeżyce. That one’s for the folks who prefer tartare over tacos. Fancy, huh?
