In a shocking and brutal incident, a 14-year-old girl was violently attacked by three teenagers in broad daylight on Krakowska Street in Poznań. The disturbing scene was captured on video by one of the attackers and has since circulated online, sparking outrage and a police investigation.
The horrific event took place on Saturday, June 1, in a busy area where hundreds of people pass by daily. Despite the presence of numerous bystanders, no one intervened to help the young girl. Instead, one onlooker recorded the assault, which shows the girl kneeling and apologizing to her attackers. Allegedly, the altercation began because the 14-year-old had offended one of the teenagers’ boyfriends.

The video reveals the severity of the attack: one teenager kicked the girl in the face, causing her to fall, and then continued to beat her with fists. Another attacker joined in, kicking and beating the defenseless girl while the third recorded the entire ordeal.
The police, alerted by the viral video, quickly intervened. Officers from the Poznań Old Town police station began investigating as soon as the footage was brought to their attention. Iwona Liszczyńska from the Greater Poland police confirmed that the injured teenager has been identified and that the perpetrators, aged 16 and 15, have also been recognized. The 16-year-old has already been detained, and the arrest of the second girl is imminent.
The mother of the injured girl is currently with her at the police station to file an official report. The police have informed the family court, which will decide on the next steps in the case. The young girl will undergo questioning, and the attackers face severe consequences for their violent behavior.
