But today? We’re bringing you something way rarer.
Something you can’t find just anywhere in this city: Samba.
Now, if you’re thinking “isn’t Samba just another Latin dance like tango or bachata?” — nah, not even close. Samba is pure Brazilian fire. It’s a wild, high-energy dance packed with fast footwork, hip action, and a real “let it all out” vibe.
Where tango feels dramatic and intense, and bachata’s all about that smooth, romantic flow — Samba is like a non-stop celebration. It’s about freedom, energy, and rhythm pulsing straight from the streets of Rio into your soul.

And as far as we’ve been able to dig — Eugenia is the only person seriously teaching Samba in Poznań right now. 🔥
Her journey’s pretty damn inspiring too. Around 2008-2009, back in Kharkiv (Ukraine), she stumbled into Samba through capoeira classes. From there it was game on: TV appearances, organizing classes, hitting up workshops with top Brazilian pros, even trips to Moscow and Kyiv to level up her skills. She taught at Kharkiv’s top social dance school, performed at festivals, and kept the Samba spirit alive through flash mobs and street parties.
Then life threw a curveball — the pandemic hit, and later, the war forced her to move to Poland. Landing in Poznań, she looked around, saw the Samba scene was basically non-existent… and decided to rebuild it from scratch. Respect.
