No Shortcuts
Back when I first moved to Poland 22 years ago, figuring things out as a foreigner was basically survival mode. Residence cards, registrations, random office stamps, documents nobody explained properly — it felt like every visit to an office came with a new level of confusion. There was no guidebook, no shortcuts, and definitely no one holding your hand through the process. Honestly, I wish a company like Foreigners.pl existed back then.
That’s probably why I was happy to have them featured in the March edition of Poznań Daily. And if you missed the paper version, you can now check the story online.
We spoke briefly to the founder and this is what we found out. What makes Foreigners.pl different is that they’re not just another “fill out this form and good luck” type of service. These guys actually help people settle into life in Poland properly. We’re talking temporary and permanent residence cards, driving licence exchanges, business setup, accounting and tax support, Polish language classes, and all those everyday formalities that can turn into a headache if you don’t know the system.

But the real thing people remember? The vibe.
They don’t treat clients like numbers in a queue. It feels more like having that one local friend who knows exactly which office to go to, what papers you need, what mistakes to avoid, and how to get things done without losing your mind. They guide you through the chaos instead of throwing complicated instructions at you and disappearing.
Anyone who’s ever tried to build a life in another country knows bureaucracy can drain your energy fast. Having people around who actually understand both the Polish systemm the language and the foreigner experience makes a massive difference.
Poland has changed
Poland’s changed a lot over the last two decades, and thankfully getting help has too. Companies like Foreigners.pl are making the whole journey smoother for the next generation arriving here trying to build something new.
