It all kicked off on April 15 when residents at Świerzawska 4 started hearin’ sharp pops — like shots — and then noticed cracks in their windows. Not just once. Twice. In a month. Same spot. Same vibe. Different day. 🎯

One local hit up the editor, frustrated and fed up:

“A vandal is straight-up terrorizing our block. He’s shootin’ at people’s windows from the Marcelińska direction. We’ve told the building admins — but crickets. We don’t even know if anyone’s doing anything about it.”
