Soup So Good, You’ll Eat the Bowl Too!

The Lowdown

Yo, Poznań foodies, listen up! Dabrowskiego 15 Street in Jeżyce has blessed us, and it’s got us wondering—how did we miss this gem? Enter Roswell Vegan Kitchen, where soups come served in edible cones. Yep, you heard that right. This ain’t your typical soup-in-a-bowl situation; it’s a whole vibe.

On A Mission!

As part of Poznań Daily’s mission to uncover the coolest spots in town, we had to check out this little hotspot, and spoiler—it’s a winner. We rolled up and met Mateusz, the mastermind behind Roswell Vegan Kitchen. He opened this joint in May 2023 (how were we sleeping on this?!), and it’s clear he’s cooking up more than just soup—it’s innovation.

The Cone Craze 🍵🌱

The cones? Straight-up genius. Made in-house from vegan flour, rapeseed oil, turmeric, salt, and pepper, they’re crispy, tasty, and eco-friendly as hell. No landfill guilt here, folks—these babies are fully compostable or straight-up snackable. Watching the team whip up fresh cones on their machine is low-key hypnotic, and trust us, you’ll want to see the magic for yourself.

The Soup

When we popped by, there were two soup options:

  1. Vegan Cheese Soup 🧀
  2. Indian Dahl 🌶️

At just 20 PLN a pop, it’s a steal. We couldn’t resist the Indian Dahl, a warm, hearty lentil-based soup with spices that hugged our taste buds. The creamy texture paired with the golden, slightly savory cone was a whole new level of fun. Eating the cone as the soup disappeared? Absolute serotonin boost. No mess, no waste—just good vibes and a full belly.

Why You Gotta Go

So, whether you’re vegan, eco-conscious, or just curious about eating soup from a cone (because who wouldn’t be?), this spot’s got your name on it. Jeżyce keeps delivering on cool places, and Roswell Vegan Kitchen is proof that the neighborhood’s got endless flavor.

Try It & Tell Us!

Hit them up, grab a cone, and let us know what you think. And hey, if there’s another place slinging soup cones in Poznań, drop a comment—we’ll check it out. For now, Roswell’s got our vote for one of the dopest food experiences in the city. 🛸🍲
