The Lowdown
We’ve been scouting some of the most unique fitness experiences in Poznań, and this time, we stumbled upon something that’s not just a workout—it’s a whole different way of moving. Enter Kraina Ruchu, or “The Land of Movement,” founded by a guy with a fitting name—Miłosz (which means “kind-hearted” in English). And trust us, once you step into this world, you’ll fall in love with movement too.

What Is “Movement Training”?
If you’ve never heard of Ido Portal, let’s break it down real quick. This dude put movement culture on the map, blending elements of gymnastics, dance, martial arts, and straight-up primal human motion. Think of it as training the way your body was meant to move—fluid, strong, and adaptable.

Ido trained with top athletes (including MMA legend Conor McGregor), proving that movement is more than just fitness—it’s a whole philosophy. And now, thanks to Miłosz, this style of training has found a home right here in Poznań.

How Kraina Ruchu Was Born
Miłosz first got hooked on movement training back in 2018 after stumbling upon Ido Portal’s videos. But back then, he had no access to a movement community—just YouTube clips and a dream.
Fast forward to 2020, he moved to Poznań from Minnesota and found his first real coach, Sebastian, who helped him develop his skills through 1-on-1 training. After two years under Sebastian’s guidance, Miłosz took things even further, learning from his current mentor, Mattias, and eventually deciding to create his own movement community—Kraina Ruchu.
Inspired by Fighting Monkey
Kraina Ruchu isn’t just about copying what’s already out there. Miłosz drew inspiration from the Fighting Monkey practice, a next-level approach to movement that’s all about developing adaptability, coordination, and getting your body to move naturally by figuring out how to organize itself in different movement contexts, not just lifting weights.

It’s about breaking free from stiff, robotic workouts and unlocking your full movement potential. And let’s be real—who wouldn’t want to move stronger, smoother, and smarter?
