Police Looking For You? Don’t Even THINK About Usung the Train or Flying Into Poznań

The cops are watching. And they’re not playing around.

If you think you can sneak in or out of Poland with some unfinished business on your record — think again. Whether you’re landing at Poznań-Ławica or hopping on a train to Gdańsk, the authorities are locked in and catching people off guard like never before.

This week? A clean sweep at Poznań Airport:
Four people arrested in a single day — 3 men and 1 woman — all Polish nationals, flying in from the UK, the Netherlands, and Turkey.

What happened? They touched down at Ławica, walked into passport control… and walked straight into the hands of the Border Guard. Busted before they even had time to hit the baggage claim.

🎙️ Here’s what the Nadodrzański Border Guard Unit told us:

“They were wanted for different offenses — fraud, theft, drunk driving, and dodging alimony payments. Each had either an arrest warrant or a police wanted notice out on them.”

One guy went straight to jail. Two were handed over to police. The woman? She paid her fine on the spot and walked free. But trust — they didn’t see it coming.

And it gets crazier…

We’ve heard reports that even train tickets aren’t safe anymore. If you book a ride using your name and you’ve got an outstanding warrant — they might just be waiting at your carriage door when you roll into the station.

Yeah, that’s how dialed-in it’s gotten.

🔥 PSA for Everyone:

It doesn’t matter if you’re Polish or foreign, flying in or heading out — if the system’s got your name flagged, they will find you.

💬 So if you’ve got anything sketchy on your record, it might be time to lawyer up or lay low. Because Poznań’s not playing.
