You might’ve seen the sleek little studio tucked away at Zwierzyniecka 30/26 in Jezyce with the name Studio Synergy glowing on the wall. It promises to transform your body with just 20 minutes a week. Sounds wild, right? We had to find out what’s up. So we linked up with the brains behind the operation – Katarzyna, a former corporate warrior turned fitness coach – to get the real scoop.

PD: So, what even is EMS? Sounds like sci-fi.

Katarzyna: Laughs I get that a lot. EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. You wear a special suit – kinda like a techy vest with electrodes – and we send controlled pulses straight to your muscles. It mimics natural contractions, but hits 90% of your muscles at once, even the deep ones you’d never reach in a regular workout.

PD: Only 20 minutes? That’s it?

Katarzyna: That’s it. One session a week is enough at first, and your body needs that recovery time. It’s super intense. Think of it like a full-body HIIT workout on steroids – without the joint stress.

PD: And people really see results?

Katarzyna: Absolutely. Muscle tone, fat loss, pain relief, even improved posture. I’ve seen it all. We start with a full body scan, so we know your fat %, muscle %, hydration levels, all of that. Then we check again after 12 weeks. The transformation speaks for itself.

PD: Be honest… Is this just for lazy people?

Katarzyna: Laughs again It’s perfect for busy people, yes. But you still need discipline. You show up, give 100% for 20 minutes, then recover. And you can’t skip on diet either – that’s half the battle. I always help clients with tips on that side too.

PD: Okay but for real, do any celebs use this stuff?

Katarzyna: Tons! Tom Holland used EMS to get in shape for Spider-Man. Athletes, actors, models – anyone who needs quick results without spending hours in the gym.

PD: What’s a first session like?

Katarzyna: Super chill. We sit down, talk about your goals, do that medical check and scan, then suit you up and ease you into the workout. You’ll definitely feel it. And after? You’ll be on an endorphin high.

PD: How many calories are we burning?

Katarzyna: Depends on your body, but anywhere from 200 to 500 calories in just one session.

PD: I’m kinda sold, but also kinda scared.
