The Lowdown
We’re dropping this one for the folks who somehow still haven’t clocked it — because believe it or not, not everyone knows about Pansa Piena. And that needs to change.
Italian for “Full Belly,” Pansa Piena is a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it wooden hut posted up right in the market at Plac Wielkopolski, just off the tram. No neon signs, no slick branding — just flowers, vibes, and damn good pizza coming out of a hole-in-the-wall window.

Cracked The Code
Started by a laid-back Italian guy (who’s still posted up by the hut most days, same scruffy look since day one), Pansa Piena cracked the code: cheap, proper, tasty-as-hell pizza that hits different. We pulled up and ordered the cheapest one on the board — the Marinara Ajo. Garlic, crushed pelati tomatoes, no cheese, paper-thin crispy base… sounds basic, right? But it slaps. It’s light, crunchy, and feels straight outta Naples. And the price? 13 PLN. Wild. You can level up to a meatier pie for 30-something zł, but honestly, even the basics hit.

Look for the wooden hut
This isn’t a candlelit date spot — but if you’re craving real street pizza with a genuine Italian soul (and you don’t wanna break the bank), Pansa Piena is the move. Whether you’re a student, a tired office head, or just a pizza purist — this one’s for you. It’s proof that a smart idea, a crispy base, and some good garlic can still build a legend.

Pansa Piena, Plac Wielkopolski. Look for the wooden hut between the flower stalls. You’ll smell it before you see it!
