Discover Kuchi Sabishii: Poznań’s Hottest New Spot for Epic Japanese Sando Sandwiches

If you’re in Poznań and craving a culinary adventure, head over to Kuchi Sabishii on Kantaka 10 street, affectionately known as Kuchi. Helmed by the revolutionary chef Orson and co-founders Kuba Kropielnicki and Gosia Wlodarczak who, Kuchi specializes in Japanese Sando sandwiches that are simply to die for. We sampled three standout dishes, and trust us, you’ll want to try them all.

The buzz around town is palpable as food enthusiasts try Orson’s new menu.

Step into Kuchi and you’re greeted with cozy-chic vibes and a seriously inviting atmosphere. Think minimalist decor with maximum comfort. 💫 Grab a seat on one of the comfy sofas or chairs and get ready to chill with your crew. 🛋️ But the real star? The Insta-worthy pink corner! 📸 Designed for those playful photo ops, it’s got whimsical steps, plush pillows, and a fluffy pink wall that screams fun. 🎉 It’s THE spot for capturing memories and snapping those Insta-perfect pics. 📸💕

The menu at Kuchi is seriously on point, with sections divided into sweet, hot, and cold options to suit all tastes and vibes. 🍬🔥❄️ Each sando is crafted with innovation and flavor in mind, showcasing Orson’s game-changing kitchen skills. 🍽️ Whether you’re craving something refreshing, comforting, or straight-up indulgent, this menu has got you covered. 🙌

Hands on at the bar with the Burrata

First up, we dug into the cold Smoky Burrata Sando for 35 PLN. 🥪 This dish is next-level with Edamame pasta, compressed watermelon, and mint. 🍉 The burrata? Creamy and smoky, a perfect match for the fresh, crisp watermelon and the cool hint of mint. 🌿 It’s a refreshingly unique flavor explosion! 🌟

Next up, we had to get our hands on the Kwa Kwa Sando for 45 PLN. 🦆 This bad boy features long-cooked duck with peanut sauce, salata, pickled nashi pear, and yuzu butter. 🥪 The duck? Tender and flavorful, perfectly paired with the tangy pear and the creamy, citrusy yuzu butter. 🍐 Each bite was a symphony of sweet, savory, and tangy goodness. 🎵

Lastly, we indulged in the Tartar Sando for 44 PLN, loaded with tartar, wasabi, and freshly grated horseradish. The tartar was straight-up robust, the wasabi brought the heat 🔥, and the horseradish added a sharp, invigorating kick. This sando was a wild dance of bold and fiery flavors. 🌟🔥🍣

The tartar was robust and flavorful, while the wasabi added a punch of heat

To wash it all down, we sipped on Orson’s signature Strawberry Matcha Cloud for 25 PLN and the Fancy Soda for 15 PLN. Both were totally delish and the perfect vibes to complement our epic feast. 🍓☁️🥤

You might think 40 PLN is a lot for a sandwich, but this isn’t just any sandwich—this is gourmet, crème de la crème, top-tier stuff. You get what you pay for, and this sando is pure royalty! 🍞👑Each Sando is generously packed, and if you can’t finish, don’t worry! If you ask nicely, they’ll happily pack up the leftovers for you to take away. So, head over to Kuchi and dive into our top three recommendations for a taste experience that’s sure to impress!
