A Little Girl Without a Home: Who Will Give Zuzia the Love She Deserves?

Heart Breaking

Some stories hit harder than others. Some stories remind us just how unfair life can be—especially for those who have done nothing to deserve it.

A plea has appeared on social media:

“We are still looking for a parent or foster family from anywhere in Poland for our Zuzia. Unfortunately, the girl is still in the facility.”

Zuzia (name changed for privacy) is almost 7 years old. A child who should be playing, laughing, and dreaming about what she wants to be when she grows up. Instead, she’s waiting.

Waiting for a home. Waiting for love. Waiting for someone to finally choose her.

A Life Without Stability

Her journey hasn’t been easy. For a while, she had a foster family. It didn’t last. Then another. But when the challenges of caring for her became too much, she lost her home again.

Imagine what that does to a child. Imagine the confusion, the heartbreak, the constant feeling of not belonging anywhere.

Zuzia is small for her age—she has a condition that affects her growth. She requires frequent medical care, specialist attention, and, most of all, patience. But what she needs more than anything is a family. Someone who will fight for her, hold her close, and tell her that she finally has a place where she belongs.

The Search Continues

For months, the Municipal Family Support Center in Poznań has been searching for the right home for Zuzia. But no one has come forward yet.

She is still waiting.

Someone, somewhere, has the power to change her life. Someone can be the reason she finally feels safe. Someone can be the person she calls “Mom” or “Dad.”

Could That Someone Be You?

This isn’t just another story. This is a little girl’s life. If you or someone you know can help, please reach out. Even sharing this message could bring her one step closer to finding her forever home.
