The grim discovery was made on Sunday evening, September 1, after concerned relatives, unable to reach the couple for several days, alerted the authorities. When police arrived at the scene, they found the house locked from the inside. Inside, in the kitchen, were the bodies of the couple, both with gunshot wounds.
