6. źródło

Stanisława Taczaka 15, Old Town

Pronounced “zrod‑wo,” this bar’s core philosophy is freshness and innovation. Here cocktails aren’t just poured — they’re cultivated. Think herbs, house infusions, seasonal fruits, and clever twists that make you rethink what a drink can be. Some ingredients here might surprise you, but somehow, everything harmonizes beautifully. This is the place where experimentation feels like tradition.

Signature vibe: Botanical, fresh, inventive.

5. Dash

Ratajczaka 32, Old Town

Hidden, minimalist, and brutally precise — Dash is where craft meets cool. This isn’t a bar that yells for attention; it whispers. Their classics are flawless, but the real magic lives in seasonal concoctions you won’t find anywhere else in Poznań. Expect clean lines, balanced spirits, and bartenders who respect the base as much as the twist. A must‑visit for anyone who believes a cocktail should be architected, not just mixed.

Signature vibe: Modern precision with minimalist flair.

4. Sip Easy

Bolesława Prusa 18, Jezyce

Don’t let the name fool you — Sip Easy lives up to it, but not in any soft way. This is the tiny bar for purists who respect technique and clarity of flavor. Each drink feels distilled of fluff: smooth, focused, and directly to the point. The bartenders here move with calm precision, and you walk away feeling like you just studied a masterclass in balance. If you want quality without theatrics, this is your base camp.

Signature vibe: Purist focus, clean technique.

3. Iluzja

3 maja 47, Old Town

Iluzja isn’t just a bar — it’s an experience, and it hides secrets better than most of the city’s back alleys. Dim lighting, sharp bartenders, and a menu that jumps between bold classics and unexpected experiments. If Dash is precision, Iluzja is mystery with intention. And tucked inside it? A secret speakeasy (@niemownikomu.bar) that takes your curiosity to the next level. The cocktails here feel like illusions — familiar yet unforgettable.

Signature vibe: Speakeasy mystique meets master mixology.

2. Noce i Dnie

Święty Marcin 29, Old Town

Polish for “Nights and Days,” this bar lives up to its name with a menu that transforms as the evening deepens. Early on, lighter, elegant drinks play with citrus and spice. Later? Darker, bolder, rum‑and‑whiskey‑forward concoctions that hit like poetry in a glass. It’s the perfect stop whether you’re easing into your evening or chasing that last, unforgettable pour.

Signature vibe: Daylight elegance to midnight intensity.

1. Nie mów nikomu

3 maja 47, Old Town

This one is for the serious cocktail hunter — the folks who want story with their spirit. You have to enter through a secret wardrobe, speak a password, and suddenly… you’re in another world.

It’s small. It’s intimate. It’s the kind of bar where the walls feel like they’ve seen more than the average nightlife crowd. Cocktails here are theatrical, layered, and designed to be experienced, not rushed. Genius!

Signature vibe: Hidden, intimate, dramatic.
