Today, the District Court delivered a verdict for two teenagers involved in the heinous murder of a homeless man in October 2022. The incident, which sent shockwaves through the community, occurred when the victim’s body was discovered in an abandoned building, revealing signs of a brutal beating.

The court heard that the two 18-year-old suspects had been drinking and recording videos for social media when they encountered the homeless man. They subjected him to a prolonged assault, inflicting fatal injuries over a span of 40 minutes.

During the trial, the prosecution sought a 25-year prison sentence for both defendants, while the defense argued for lesser charges.
