The Lowdown
After six years of dishing out Kyrgyz soul food straight from Szamarzewskiego, the crew behind “U Aipo” just dropped the news: they’re packing up and moving to a new city.

The announcement hit their socials with a heavy dose of love and gratitude:
“Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for an amazing six years! Your support made this place more than just a restaurant. We’ll never forget it.”

So why the move? Real-life stuff.
Turns out the owner’s been holding it down solo in Poznań while her husband worked in another city, only linking up on weekends. Add two small kids into the mix and a business to run? Yeah—it’s been a grind. After trying every angle to keep the spot alive, they made the call: family first.
“We’ve been living apart for two years and hoped we could balance it all—but it’s time to reunite and choose what matters most,” she shared.
But don’t call it a goodbye.
“We’re not saying farewell—just see you later.”
Word is, this might not be the last we hear from them. That signature Kyrgyz flavor could pop up again, somewhere down the line.
For now, Jeżyce’s got one less gem on the block. But the love they built? That stays.
