Plate-sharing with everyone at the table.
Some places are good for dinner.
Some are good for drinks.
And then there are places like GRONO — where you accidentally order half the menu, stay three hours longer than planned, and start aggressively plate-sharing with everyone at the table.
Featured in the Poznań Daily Spring Paper Edition, GRONO is celebrating both its brand new spring menu and its 5th birthday — so naturally, we had to head down for a tasting.
Safe to say… we left very happy.

The new menu keeps that signature GRONO energy people already love: relaxed social dining, beautiful plates, big flavours, wine flowing everywhere, and the kind of food that makes the entire table suddenly go silent for a few seconds after the first bite.
And yes — some old classics are making a comeback too.
On the table during our tasting
The Pulled Pork came loaded with celery and cauliflower mousse, coriander, pomegranate, and nutty dukkah — rich, fresh, slightly chaotic in the best possible way.
Then there’s the legendary Pyra by GRONO — hasselback potato with arugula pesto, romesco sauce, grana padano, chives and dukkah. Somehow comfort food and aesthetic food at the same time.

The oven baked Camembert was absolutely criminal. Melted cheese, herbs, confit garlic, cranberries, walnuts, rosemary and bread designed specifically to ruin all self-control at the table.
Meanwhile the pulled oyster mushrooms might genuinely convert meat eaters. White wine, cauliflower cloud, wild mushroom powder, crispy chilli and herb oil — ridiculously good.
And then there’s the Muhammara — the red pepper and walnut spread with pomegranate molasses, coriander, nachos and pomegranate that disappeared from the table in approximately 14 seconds.

Honestly, this is exactly what GRONO does best.
Sharing food. Long evenings. Outside seating packed on warm nights. Wine glasses multiplying mysteriously. Everyone stealing bites off everyone else’s plates.
Which is why it’s become one of our favourite spring and summer spots in the city.
And to celebrate their 5th birthday, together with Poznań Daily, we’ve prepared a little deal for you:
🍷 Buy 2 house wines — get 1 free
Not bad for one of the best plate-sharing spots in Poznań.

So if you’re looking for your next date-night spot, catch-up dinner, wine night, or “we’ll just stay for one drink” situation that turns into midnight — this is your sign.
