Tucked away on Żurawia Street in Jeżyce, this small but mighty cake studio has built a serious reputation for crafting stunning, made-to-order cakes that don’t just look incredible but are made with pure, natural ingredients. We had to know more, so we stopped by to chat with Kinga, the baker and artist behind it all.
Sundays
Kinga’s love for baking started young. Sunday was cake day at her house, and she watched her mom whip up something special every weekend. Years later, after studying dietetics and working in cafés, restaurants, and even an office job, she finally decided to chase her real dream—creating cakes that turn special moments into unforgettable ones.
“I started in 2023 with zero clients, just me and my passion for baking,” she told us. Now, Słodkie Bajery is one of the go-to spots for custom cakes in Poznań.
