After weeks of scrolling, snooping, and sipping way too much coffee, we stumbled across a story that had everything: grit, struggle, love, a “click in the head” moment… and a Valentine’s Day spent scraping plaster. Yeah — this one’s wild.

Meet Janusz Grabowski

We reached out to Janusz to get the backstory of his success with his long-term investments in the housing market. No better advisor than one who’s been through it, right? We found out he’s a financial advisor and real estate investor who’s been grinding since 2007, back when credit deals were still done in suits and spreadsheets, not Reels and Zoom calls. He started his money journey knee-deep in retirement and investment products — but after realizing those were usually better for the companies than the clients, he pivoted hard.
