The Lowdown

We’re back with another banger in our Poznan Health & Fitness Series – where we go out hunting for the very best in the city to help keep your mind, body, and joints in top shape. This time, you guys asked for it: physiotherapy.

After checking out a bunch of studios in the center, we landed at Fizjo Familia, located right in Jeżyce at Dąbrowskiego 7, near Most Teatralny. One foot inside and you can already feel the good energy.

The Boss

And leading it all is Dominik Czarnecki – a physiotherapist with serious credentials, a calm vibe, and the kind of presence that instantly makes you feel taken care of. We stopped by for a 15-minute chat and ended up hanging out for hours. He’s currently doing his PhD at Poznań University of Medical Sciences, spends summers treating patients by the sea in Jurata, and still finds time to lead one of the most passionate health & fitness crews we’ve met.

Physiotherapy

From orthopedic to neuro to dental (yep, that’s a thing), they’ve got techniques for everything: manual therapy, osteopathy, modern pain relief, trigger point releases, and more.

Training & Rehab

Group or personal sessions to get you moving post-injury, surgery, or just back on your grind. They also work with athletes heading into competitions.

Massages & Regeneration

Sports, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, and even pressotherapy. Plus, their “Healthy Spine” program is clutch if you’re stiff and achy from daily life.

Voice Training

Not just for singers! If you use your voice a lot (teachers, speakers, etc.), their therapy boosts articulation, posture, and overall vocal power – paired with jaw and facial tension work.
