When there, ask them about their Innerdance. You simply have to experience it. Using words to describe the process is more of a gentle musing than going deep into the subject. Its existence is due to its Filipino creator, who is Pi Villaraza. The roots, on the other hand, go all the way back to an ancient shamanic healing tradition from the Philippines called Babaylan. And so, combining spirituality with science, Innerdance was created, which, using the appropriate sounds acting on our nervous system, is able to bring us into deep states of consciousness. Amazing!
