Wine & Vibes: Bosccy is About to Shake Up Poznań

Get ready, Poznań—something fresh is hitting Wrocławska 2 Street on August 24th, right around 18:00. Meet Bosccy, the new spot that’s set to become your go-to for wine, bites, and seriously good vibes in the Ols Town. Poznan Daily got the scoop straight from the duo behind it all, Sylwia and Kostas, who are not just partners in business but in life, too.

The Power Duo

A little fun fact: These two lovebirds 💏 actually met while working at Cuba Libre, way down at the other end of Wrocławska. Sylwia was the supervisor back then, fast forward eight years, and it seems like fate had plans for them to open their own spot together, just down the street.

We caught up with them during the final hustle to get everything ready for launch day, and let’s just say, the excitement is contagious. The focus at Bosccy? It’s all about the wine, baby. They’re curating a selection of 30-40 bottles from around the world, with a special love for natural and organic wines.

The Chow

But that’s not all. You can expect some killer pinchos to go with your glass of vino. Never heard of pinchos? Think of them as the cooler cousin of tapas—small bites that pack big flavor, usually skewered on a toothpick. Alongside that, they’ll be serving up small plates like burratas, cheese and charcuterie boards, and even panko shrimp.

And trust us, you have to try their whipped feta dip 🧀 —it’s the star of the show and will be making its debut at the launch. Sylwia and Kostas are keeping things flexible, though. Since it’s still early days, expect the menu to evolve as they experiment and perfect their offerings over the next few weeks.

The Pour

One thing we’ve got the inside scoop on: they’re serving up some homemade vodka shots that are guaranteed to kick your weekend off right. Crafted in-house with a blend of flavors, these shots are the perfect way to start—or end—your night at Bosccy. So, make sure to swing by this weekend, grab a shot (or two), and see what all the buzz is about.

We’ll be back to review their menu and wines, so stay tuned for the lowdown on what’s worth your time and taste buds. After spending just a few minutes with them, it’s clear that their enthusiasm is off the charts. They’re all about creating a spot with a vibe that’ll keep you coming back, something more local and intimate than what you might expect just 10 meters from the main square. Honestly, it feels like the kind of wine bar you’d find in Jeżyce, but lucky for you, it’s right here in the heart of the city.

Show Some Love

So, go show Sylwia and Kostas some love and check out Bosccy in the next few days. They’ll be open from around 15:00 post launch day, and you can hang out until 01:00, or even 03:00 on weekends. No excuses—this is your next place to try. Good luck with the launch, guys!
