Poznan Daily got the scoop straight from the duo behind it all, Sylwia and Kostas, who are not just partners in business but in life, too.
The Power Duo
A little fun fact: These two lovebirds 💏 actually met while working at Cuba Libre, way down at the other end of Wrocławska. Sylwia was the supervisor back then, fast forward eight years, and it seems like fate had plans for them to open their own spot together, just down the street.
We caught up with them during the final hustle to get everything ready for launch day, and let’s just say, the excitement is contagious. The focus at Bosccy? It’s all about the wine, baby. They’re curating a selection of 30-40 bottles from around the world, with a special love for natural and organic wines.
The Chow
But that’s not all. You can expect some killer pinchos to go with your glass of vino. Never heard of pinchos? Think of them as the cooler cousin of tapas—small bites that pack big flavor, usually skewered on a toothpick. Since it’s still early days, expect the menu to evolve as they experiment and perfect their offerings over the next few weeks.
