Recently opened ‘Cosy’. Your Old Town Hotspot for Late-Night Fun!

We’re always on the lookout for hidden gems, and the recently opened (March 2024) Cosy Club exceeded our expectations. Located on the corner of Szkolna and Kozia in Poznań’s Old Town, just a stone’s throw from the main square, this bar is a delightful find in plain sight. Owner Jędrzej, with his wealth of experience in the service industry, has poured his heart and soul into Cosy. Welcoming guests with his infectious smile, Jędrzej embodies the personal touch that sets Cosy apart.

Unlike the typical tourist spots in Poznań, Cosy feels more like a local hangout. The bar boasts an impressive selection of drinks, and their cocktails are simply delicious. If you’re looking for an elegant, upscale establishment, Cosy may not be your cup of tea. But if you appreciate a straightforward, no-frills atmosphere, you’re in for a treat.

During our visit, we also discovered a private room tucked away from prying eyes, perfect for intimate gatherings or bachelor parties looking to let loose. Cosy is also known for its late-night revelry, with weekend hours stretching well past sunrise. As for the drinks, we indulged in a few cocktails, each reasonably priced and expertly crafted. The Black Russian, a classic favorite, impressed with its blend of Kahlúa coffee liqueur and vodka.

The Pink Lemonade, a concoction boasting the vibrant flavors of Beefeater Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a splash of effervescent 7 Up, provided a revitalizing and zesty twist on the classic cocktail. Meanwhile, the Deer Hunter, crafted with the rich and aromatic Jägermeister, complemented by the tartness of fresh raspberries and the tangy allure of sour mix, emerged as a tantalizing and flavorful delight for the palate.

For those seeking a wild night out though, Cosy’s offer of 16 vodka shots for just 40 PLN is unbeatable. It’s an opportunity not to be missed as the offer won’t last forever! In summary, Cosy exudes a laid-back, local bar vibe, with prompt and friendly service. It may not be the ideal spot for a quiet, romantic date, but it’s perfect for a fun night out with friends. Highly recommended!
