The History

Let’s take it back—these guys started as a food truck in 2016, slinging BBQ with a serious American twist. Fast-forward to 2020, they won European Street Food Awards Poland, then went on to the finals in Munich in 2022. Their pastrami sandwich? Crowned the best in Europe. Now, after years of dominating the street food scene, they’ve set up shop right here in Poznań, and we couldn’t be more hyped.

Their menu is stacked with classics and some seriously creative mashups. Here are five dishes we cannot wait to try:

🔥 Buła Jacka Danielsa – This one’s got big boss vibes. Smoky beef rib slow-cooked in Jack Daniel’s, topped with crunchy radish, pickled peppers, and creamy chive sauce—all packed into a soft corn bun. Sweet, smoky, tangy—basically, it’s a flavor bomb we cannot wait to sink our teeth into. 😋
🔥 Mistrzowska – This one’s calling our name! Imagine tender smoked pastrami, rich mimolette cheese, caramelized onions, pickled cucumbers, crisp lettuce, and that signature NY sauce—all sandwiched in a soft corn bun. It’s got the perfect mix of smoky, tangy, and savory, and we’re seriously hyped to try it. Trust us, this one’s going straight to the top of our list! 😋

3. 🔥 Kultowe Żeberko – Get ready for a serious feast. This smoked pork rib is everything you need in life—tender, juicy, and smoky as hell. It comes with pickles, crunchy coleslaw, two sauces, and a massive side of fries (825g, no less). We’re about to dive in soon, and we can already tell it’s gonna be legendary. 👏

4. 🔥 Pastrami Burger – We’re talking beef, pastrami, and bacon stacked high, with tangy tomato salsa, melted cheddar, pickled cucumbers, pickled onions, fresh lettuce, and that fire Chicago sauce. All tucked into a buttery soft bun. Can’t wait to crush this one! 👊

5. 🔥 Skrzydełka – These chicken wings are coated in a sticky BBQ glaze. Served with crunchy pickles, creamy coleslaw, two sauces, and a side of fries (775g, cause why not?). We’re all in on this one! 🍗💥
