American Comfort Food in Poznan
If you missed it in the Poznań Daily Spring paper edition — consider this your reminder.
Vegas Pizza & Grill is not trying to be fine dining, not chasing aesthetics, and definitely not overthinking anything. It started as a late-night idea that stuck — big portions, honest food, zero attitude.

Run by a father-and-son duo, the place lives in that perfect tension between structure and chaos. One side keeps things consistent, the other keeps pushing new ideas. That clash is basically the DNA of the menu.
And it works.

This is proper Americana comfort food — burgers, pizzas, ribs, milkshakes — built to be eaten, not analysed.
Start with the Pizza Vegas (32/60 cm): BBQ sauce, mozzarella, salami pepperoni, ham, bacon, pickled cucumber and crispy onion rings. It’s smoky, salty, slightly sweet and heavy in the best possible way. The BBQ base gives it that old-school American diner feel — a total contrast to the Neapolitan-style pizzas dominating Poznań. This one is messy, loud, nostalgic, and built for sharing.

Then came the Vegas Burger — served with fries, ketchup and coleslaw. Inside: 180g beef, iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickled cucumber, double cheddar, double bacon, onion rings, BBQ sauce and chipotle mayo. Absolute monster. Smoky from the bacon and BBQ sauce, slightly spicy from the chipotle mayo, crunchy from the onion rings and ridiculously satisfying overall. Definitely not one of those tiny “gourmet” burgers you finish in four bites and regret paying for.

And the heavyweight: XXL grilled pork ribs (550g Memphis-style BBQ). Smoky, tender, glazed in BBQ sauce that sticks to the meat without overpowering it. The kind of ribs you don’t rush — they fall apart slowly and leave your hands completely destroyed in the best way.

And honestly, you can’t leave without a milkshake — thick, sweet, over-the-top and exactly what this place is about.

Even the location adds to the experience. Yes, it’s outside the city centre in Wola, but that’s part of the move — a short escape from Poznań that turns into a full food mission. In summer, it works perfectly as a double stop with Kiekrz Lake or Jezioro Lusowskie nearby.
And because we rate places that do things their own way, we’ve got a little bonus for Poznań Daily readers:
Free fries with your burger OR free lemonade with your ribs (just show the promo when ordering)

Vegas Pizza & Grill isn’t trying to compete with Neapolitan pizza spots around the city — it’s doing its own thing entirely. Loud, messy, old-school American comfort food on the edge of Poznań… and that’s exactly why it hits.
