Warning!
A popular kitchen utensil sold in Poznań has triggered a serious health warning after tests revealed it may be releasing harmful chemicals into food.

According to Poland’s Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS), a spaghetti spoon sold at TEDi was found to release primary aromatic amines — toxic substances that can be dangerous to human health and, in some cases, potentially carcinogenic, which means cancer!!!
What’s the danger?
These chemicals can migrate from certain plastics into food, especially when exposed to heat. This means that using the utensil during cooking or serving hot meals could contaminate your food without you even realizing it.

What should you do?
Authorities urge anyone who purchased this product to:
- Stop using it immediately
- Return the item or…throw it away!
This incident is a stark reminder that even everyday kitchen tools can pose hidden risks — and it’s worth paying attention to what comes into contact with your food. Thats craaaazy!
