There are two worlds of Pilates: the flashy, playlist-blasting, sculpted-leggings kind — and the OG, spine-rewiring, deep-core Contrology. I’m firmly in the latter camp, so when Pilates Flow kept popping up online, I had to see it for myself.
I popped in to meet the founders, Ania and Ola, who were featured in Poznan Daily’s first ever paper edition, and was immediately struck by their energy. “Pilates isn’t about fixing your body,” Ania said, smiling. “It’s about showing up for it.” Ola added, laughing, “It’s like therapy you can feel in your abs.” Ania swapped 15 years in finance for the mat, while

Ola, a lifelong athlete, discovered Pilates abroad and brought that calm, confident energy home. Their paths crossed in a Classical Pilates program with Weronika Ratkowska, and Flow was born in Grunwald in October 2025. Even just chatting, I could feel how this serene-yet-sweaty corner of the city was a place that actually makes you want to roll out a mat.
I stayed for a class — and yes, the infamous “Hundred” nearly turned me into a wobbly noodle (sorry, no photos allowed). Classical Pilates at Flow is all about precision, control, and breath. “We meet you where you are,” Ola said. “Age, size, flexibility — none of that matters.” She wasn’t kidding. Every move made me notice my posture, my energy, and my abs — that I had mostly forgotten existed.

Ania leaned in between exercises: “Your body is your home — treat it like one.” I may have laughed mid-plank. The studio blends calm with just enough challenge to leave you feeling accomplished and alive.

Locals, if Grunwald works for you, make this a regular stop — seriously, it’s one of our favorites. Ania and Ola bring such infectious energy and personality to every session that it’s impossible not to get hooked. Their guidance isn’t just professional — it’s fun, encouraging, and somehow perfectly tailored to your vibe, making each workout feel less like a chore and more like a moment you actually look forward to.

Your spine, your core, and yes, even your mood will thank you after a session here. Whether you’re wobble-prone or a seasoned pro, these two know how to push you safely while keeping the energy light and motivating. And me? I’ll definitely be back… hopefully wobble-free next time, but knowing Ania and Ola, even a few wobbles will just make it more fun.
