One name kept coming back to us — Keratinka Hair Expert. So we did what we always do. We checked the comments. We asked around. And then we went in ourselves.
You’ll find Keratinka on Dąbrowskiego 75/91, just a two-minute walk from Rynek Jeżycki, hidden upstairs on the 5th floor (yes, take the lift). From the outside you’d never guess how spacious it is. Inside? Bright, bigger than expected, clean but not cold. Proper studio energy. People mid-transformation. Coffee flowing. Mirrors doing overtime.
And then it hits you — the name. Keratinka.

We grabbed a few minutes with the owner, Katarina, to get the real story.
The Interview
Poznań Daily: How long have you been in the industry?
Katarina: “I’ve been in the hair industry since 2015 — it’s not just a job, it’s a passion and lifestyle. In 2018, I moved to Poland with my family and built my own studio from scratch, opening in 2019. Over the years, I’ve gained not only hundreds of clients, but friends, colleagues, and connections I deeply value. Each client is a story I never take for granted.”
Poznań Daily: The name Keratinka… that’s not by accident, right?
Katarina: “Not at all. I wanted the name to reflect focus, care, and quality. Even when we do extensions, the condition of the natural hair is the priority. Everything we do is about long-term health and looking good naturally.”
That balance is clear. They specialise in keratin hair extensions — length, volume, full transformations, corrections after bad experiences elsewhere. But everything is done with hair health in mind.
We also found out something many people don’t realise — Keratinka goes beyond hair. They offer permanent makeup too. Brows, subtle enhancements, the kind of work that frames your face and saves time every morning.
PD: Hair and permanent makeup — why both?
Katarina: “Because it’s about the full look. When your hair and brows are done properly, your confidence changes. You don’t need heavy daily styling. You wake up ready.”
That word came up more than once during our visit: confidence.
What stood out most wasn’t just the techniques or the before-and-after photos (which are seriously impressive). It was the atmosphere. Clients chatting comfortably. Consultations that didn’t feel rushed. A clear focus on doing things properly rather than quickly.
