Inside the Tube: Poznań’s Most Mind-Melting Relaxation Experience You’ve Never Heard Of (Until Now)

Hey Poznan

Looking for a unique experience that’ll take your chill level from Netflix on the couch to floating through space in a silk robe? We got your back. Meet Sonora Sound Tube — the only one of its kind in Poznań, and possibly the only thing on Earth that can make your body feel like it’s on vacation while your brain takes a cosmic nap.

We’re talking relaxation so deep, your stress might need a GPS to find its way back.

We Got Lucky!

So when we accidentally stumbled across this sound-powered sci-fi spa setup in Jeżyce, we had to dig deeper. That’s when we met Katarzyna Paluszkiewicz — founder of the Sonora Project, trained musician, violin maker, and certified music therapist. Basically, if a scientist, a monk, and a rockstar had a baby, it’d probably be her.

We met up at her cozy studio on Bukowska 31/5 to get the lowdown. Katarzyna explained that her mission goes beyond “just chilling out.” She’s actually working to scientifically study how the Sonora Sound Tube affects the body and mind. “Every person already has what they need to heal and reset — we just help them tune back into it,” she told us.

So What Is This “Sound Tube” Thing Anyway?

Imagine a sleek wooden spaceship with strings inside that hum like a bass guitar being played by the universe. You lie down on a bench inside it, and the instrument vibrates at 64 Hz — deep, warm, full-body frequencies that make your muscles go “aaahhh” while your soul whispers “finally.”

If that sounds like witchcraft — relax, it’s science. The vibrations and music work together to calm your nervous system, balance your energy, and make you feel like you just time-traveled to a stress-free dimension. Think of it as a massage without hands, therapy without talking, and meditation without the “am I doing this right?” anxiety.

Ways to Get Your Sonic Zen On

Whether you go solo or bring a partner, Sonora’s got your vibe covered. Individual sessions (PLN 250–300) let you melt into 64 Hz bliss while your stress packs its bags. Couples can share the experience for PLN 360–430 — think date night, but cosmic. Add aromatherapy or thermotherapy from PLN 250 for that spa-meets-soundwave upgrade, or go full enlightenment mode with Tibetan bowls (PLN 400) and basically start levitating.

The Science Behind the Chill

Sonora’s low-frequency sound waves trigger relaxation at a cellular level. We’re talking inside the Sonora Sound Tube, 64 Hz bass waves roll through your body like a deep-tissue massage from the universe. The vibrations stimulate your vagus nerve, calm your nervous system, and boost blood flow — basically biohacking your way to instant zen. It’s not magic, it’s physics… just the kind that makes you feel like you’ve meditated for an hour without even trying.

Basically, it’s like getting your whole body upgraded to “premium human.”

So What’s Next?

We’ve already booked our first Sonora session — so expect a full review soon (if we ever wake up from the trance, that is ). We’ll also be sitting down with Katarzyna to hear her full story — from violin making to vibro-spiritual revolution.

But if you can’t wait for us to stop vibing and start typing, check her out yourself:

Final Vibrations

Oh, and one more thing — if you really get into this, Katarzyna actually builds and sells these sound tubes. Yup, you can literally bring the Sonora experience home. Perfect for couples therapy… or for preventing arguments before they even start. Because let’s be real — if every relationship had one of these, the divorce rate would probably plummet faster than your stress levels inside the tube.

Stay tuned! Our full Sonora session review is coming soon to Poznan Daily.
