KKS Sporty Walki Poznań Is Where Real Champions Train

The Real Deal

Move over TikTok-fueled “boxercise” classes and bootcamp bunnies — this one’s for the real ones. After scouring the streets (and a few sketchy basements), Poznań Daily has officially found the next-level contact sports spot. This isn’t your average gym with a motivational quote and protein shake. This is KKS Sporty Walki Poznań – or in English, the KKS Combat Sports Poznań – and it’s the real deal.

Where?

It’s so hidden, we half expected a secret password to get in. Nestled in an almost forest-like pocket of Osiedle Piastowskie 106A, just a few minutes’ walk from Rondo Starołęka, this fight club doesn’t advertise itself with neon signs. But once you’re inside, it’s all fists, footwork, and a whole lot of fight legacy.

Backed by the City. Backed by Lech.

You’ll spot the Lech Poznań-inspired crest as soon as you walk in – this isn’t just a nod to the city’s football royalty, it’s a mark of municipal approval. That’s right, the City of Poznań sponsors this gym because it breeds champions, not just influencers.

The Boss

And who’s running this warrior kingdom? Meet Radosław Laskowski – former Polish national competitor, full-contact beast, and now coach of the Polish National Kickboxing Team. You might think he’s intense — and he is — but he’s also a genuinely nice guy… when he’s not crushing skulls in the ring (we’re joking, kind of 😅).

Let’s break it down

Radosław has done more for Polish combat sports than most people do in three careers. The man’s résumé reads like a martial arts action film:

  • 🥊 Defeated World Champion Emil Tonev in front of a home crowd in Poznań, 1993
  • 🥈 Vice Light Contact Champ in Venice, 1991
  • 💥 Over 170 amateur fights and 11 pro bouts
  • 🇵🇱 One of the first Poles to compete at the Low-Kick World Championships in Paris, 1990
  • 🏆 Still out here training the best of the best

Oh, and his daughter Gabriela? She’s a former fighter-turned-coach who runs sessions too – including classes for women (because let’s be honest, some of you still think boxing is only for the boys. 😏)

She’s also super friendly and can speak English and probably jab you mid-sentence if you come with weak energy. So behave. Even son Olaf is tipped to be a future kickboxing champion!

What’s On Offer?

Whether you’re a teenage whirlwind looking to throw your first punch or an adult finally giving up CrossFit cult life, there’s a class for you:

Kickboxing (group & 1-on-1)

Boxing (group & 1-on-1)

Kids’ Combat Classes

Women’s Only Boxing for those tired of all the testosterone air in the room. Wink wink.

Even more impressive is their Para Boxing class! Wheelchair boxing (as its commonly known) emphasizes upper body technique, defense, and speed — and it’s just as intense and technical as traditional boxing. Respect!

How To Join the Fight Club

Want in? Slide into their DMs on Instagram (tell them we sent you) or call them at 721 785 903 or 570 485 255 for English to book your first lesson. Or if you’re old school, just walk in. Gabriela will show you around with that signature coach stare that says, “No excuses. Train hard or go home.”

Check out their site for schedules and info, and remember – this isn’t a gimmick gym. This is where World Champions train. If it’s good enough for them? Yeah, it’s good enough for you.

Poznań Daily Rating: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Vibe: Raw. Real. Respect.
